#HashTagLunchBagSF Disco Delivery

Temple SF hosts the #HashtagLunchbagSF volunteers for a disco themed event to prepare and deliver over a thousand sack lunches to those in need. The #HashTagLunchBagSF movement has been successfully running the San Francisco charity for three years. It consists of gathering volunteers to prepare and distribute lunches to the homeless community in a fun and engaging monthly event. #HashTagLunchBagSF has received an overwhelming amount of support from the community, which has developed into a strong, consistent group of volunteers and funders, making every month more successful than the last. It has received a tremendous amount of support from sponsors including the Golden State warriors, Citi Bank, the NFL Alumni Association and many more, providing over 25,000 lunches!

Rebecca Cahua, Founder, Executive Director and Host Rebecca Cahua is a Fashion designer and founder of San Francisco charity, #HashTagLunchBagSF, and nonprofit, Designing A Difference. Cahua has been involved in community service all her life and strongly believes in using her platform to influence her peers. In 2015, she was honored by the NFL Alumni Association and awarded the title of Women Of Empowerment In The Bay Area, received a proclamation from the County of Santa Clara and was recognized by ABC Channel 7 news for Hispanic Heritage month.
